Sitting, typing and mousing all day long means many people are suffering from painful shoulders and arms. With daily home office, there is no time to take a break. Massage or physiotherapy may help for a short period but the problem always comes back. Alone at home it is difficult to know who to consult to change the situation.
The good news is that if we can change our habits, we can break the cycle.
Often, muscle discomfort is due to our postural habits. This explains why two people with the same job do not suffer the same things. Also, when pain appears suddenly it can be because our habits become deeper engrained over time.
In this practical, exercise based webinar you will sense your movement habits in your arms and shoulders, then change your posture through awareness exercises. The purpose is to relieve stiff shoulders and neck pain and to reduce the likelihood of future problems.
The online workshop takes place on Zoom and will be recorded, so that you can redo the lesson or to catch up if you miss a session. The three sessions last 50 minutes each and take place on June 17th, 24th & July 1st. Start time is 08:00 UK time (09:00 Central European Time). After each session there will be an opportunity to stay online and ask questions.
