Increased sitting has had a negative effect on posture and comfort this year, and statistics show that many people are suffering work related back pain.
This practical, online workshop contains exercises that will help you to sense and then change your sitting posture. The purpose is to relieve back ache and to discover a stronger and more resilient sitting posture.
The online workshop takes place on Zoom and will be recorded, so that you can redo the lesson as often as you wish, or to catch up if you miss a session. The three sessions last 50 minutes each and take place over three weeks. After each session you can stay online to ask questions or discuss your experience.
